Gitcoin Grants is now more decentralized with the launch of @GrantShips. Instead of Gitcoin internally deciding which community rounds are funded, we've shifted to a community-driven governance model. Now, an elected council will determine which community rounds get funded and a community vote will determine which rounds performed best.
