Before $GPS was listed on Binance, its floor price was around 0.14. However, after it got listed, the price dropped because some people wanted to buy it at a discounted rate. If you bought $GPS at 0.07, you would essentially get double the value when the price goes back up to the previous floor of 0.14. There's also potential for it to rise again to 0.22, just like it did before.
