#Binance #NewTraders šØ TIPS FOR NEW TRADERS to be safer
Recent days I read some posts on Square that their future wallet burned out, even they used leverage x1 for a short position. These are some tips I recommend you follow them
1. Before starting future trading, you should choose stable coins such as HBAR, XLM, XRP,... you can search it on Google. Viewers if you have any suggestion, please leave comment to new traders know.
2. Open chart 15 mins, 4h, 1day to view history, check it if there is any sudden pump or dump. $IP was an example recent day. If it has big pump/dump, you should not trade it. It can bring much profit but it can burn your all money. You can trade only when you have experience.
3. Check liquidated price before longing or shorting, no rush to book order. View my screenshots for an example. Long it x20 at 0.03555 with 10,000 coins and your budget is $100, liquidated price will be at 0.0259, it's risky if you guess wrong direction.
Recommendations:
- For leverage <= 10x, you should use from 1/4 to 1/5 of your capital for one coin.
- For leverage <= 20x, use 1/8 - 1/10 of your capital for one coin
- Trade 1-2 coins per day, don't trade many coins at same time. Especially, dont trade all long or all short positions at same time.
- Taking profit 20-50% ROI is really good, no need to try to to get 200% or 1000% likes other traders on Square. I am sure they losen much more, burned out future wallet at least 3 times.
You might have concern, it is really waste your asset when trade 1/4 of your capital, right? No, it will protect you if market down/up suddenly, the remaining of asset will help you survive after recovering.
I recommend to use stop loss for new traders, sometimes we must accept that trade is failed and accept loss money at stop loss.
