$1.5 Billion USD in ETH Hacked on Bybit

Funds from a cold wallet containing ethereum would have been stolen with a fake contract‼️

The platform has been functioning normally in the face of massive user withdrawals and only delays are recorded in transfers greater than $30,000 and ETH withdrawals temporarily stopped‼️

According to its CEO, Bybit can deal with this problem and assures that user funds will not be affected and that users' ETH will be paid in full ✅

My opinion? Serious mistake by the second largest exchange, and if they want to withdraw their money, they can do so calmly. If you don't feel comfortable, just withdraw 👍

On the other hand, I think it's a good test to see how Bybit responds to this problem. If it doesn't scale further, it passes a trial by fire, as it could be the biggest hack in the history of cryptocurrencies
