#TradeFi革命 Why do I still insist that the bull market is on?
One reason is ➠ there is no kind-hearted person in the world who will distribute shares to everyone during a high-level sideways consolidation. The longer the high-level sideways consolidation lasts, the greater the cost for the main force. The chips are not distributed under high-level sideways consolidation, because it simply does not stimulate the collective buying desire. Instead, over time, the amount of chips received by the group increases. How to distribute?
Distribution usually happens during a surge or after a crash. During a surge, many will chase the price, and then a crash locks in this part of the chips. Many who chased the price will be confused and unable to cut their losses. After the crash, many will look at the previous highs, and this is also a stage for the main force to distribute shares. Why is the top usually very steep? The descent is mainly a symmetrical Christmas tree? The front is support, and the back is the bait for distribution.
Since it's a market, there will certainly be exceptions, but exceptions are very rare. They occur when you don't know how strong a certain stock is or what unexpected ideas it may have (for example, wanting to do big things but unable to), or when the market encounters a black swan.
For instance, there were once some counterfeit stocks that consolidated at a high level, and in the end, the stock went bankrupt...
Furthermore, usually in the face of black swan events, the main force is more likely to go with the trend than retail investors.
