Update on Binance Alliance Members' Spot Quarterly Assessment (2025-02-17)

Dear user:
To better serve our alliance community, Binance will update the review process for alliance members' spot trading quarterly assessments. The new spot rebate ratio will be implemented on February 17, 2025, and will be based on the performance of alliance members during the performance assessment period and the rebate levels detailed below.
Performance assessment period: February 17, 2025 to May 16, 2025 (UTC+8)
Note: After the application of the new spot rebate ratio, the subsequent assessment period will start on July 1, 2025 (UTC+8) and will continue to be reviewed quarterly (the 'Quarterly Assessment').
