Altcoin season will start the day after Trump makes Bitcoin Strategic Reserves reality. For the real altcoin season to start it needs bitcoin price to skyrocket massively and makes a new all time high. It needs to boost at first bitcoin price than etherum. When Bitcoin stabilizes than it will back it’s dominance and will make the eth skyrocket. I think all is depending on bitcoin strategic reserve.
