Ignorant question!!

At the beginning of the year I participated in the #airdrop of $SOLV protocol, you had to put a part of #BNB in #SimpleEarn (blocked) and also the equivalent of $15 in the staking of the $SOLV page, once the reward was delivered, I tried to withdraw my funds from #staking to be able to combine what I invested with what I earned in the airdrop. I went to the #Withdraw section and it gave me the notice that you can see below 👇🏼👇🏼 (the withdrawal of money can take up to 7 days), the thing is that 10 days have already passed, I would like to know if I did something wrong or if there is still a possibility to do something, since what I deposited in Solv Protocol staking never arrived in my Binance web3 wallet
