$SOL is one of the most optimistic around here. It doesn't always feel bearish pressure, but there is a decided market because when it comes to making bearish candles, it does it willingly.
I don't believe that there is a currency, here or there, that is free of its big red candles because as we find their usefulness, and as they become more consolidated, the value will adjust. The majority of the market is involved in marketing, promoting buying and selling, bringing large fluctuations that are ultimately extremely necessary for most projects. Currencies that have not gained a prominent place for some time now have the market's attention and investment once again, because they are at fifty percent, and everyone wants a share of their excellent performance. The bad news is that if you still don't know very well what is happening, you may well hold on for a long period of time and end up embracing low prices and accepting losses by giving up.
In solana or another currency you chose to trade, take it easy, it doesn't hurt to be careful, but not being careful can be very costly.
Feeling? Optimistic!
Happy trading everyone!
