what happened here

I have complications reporting a non-authorized transaction from my web3 wallet. It should be the most secure wallet, right? A few hours ago, I bought 3 million of the crypto ANIME and after an hour, when I checked my account, a transfer had been made from my account to another for more than 2,600,000 coins. I did not make such a transaction. I have been unable to file the corresponding report because the exchange wallet does not show me the transaction history of the web3 and it asks me to select an option (when none appears and that’s why I cannot proceed with the report) and in the web3 wallet there is no support option to make the report. For security measures, I have tried to change my web3 password, and it doesn’t give me the option either (it says it’s by biometric data). If someone can help me, I would appreciate it. Only together can we make this work securely. 🆘
