SOLV is set to make a significant launch on major exchanges like Binance and Hype tomorrow at 6 PM. Here, I would like to share some personal opinions for reference. I will closely monitor the opening dynamics to see if I can capture a good entry opportunity.
I have high hopes for the SOLV project, but the opening price will be a key factor. Currently, there are 50,000 bitcoins staked in SOLV, which will actually be connected with platforms like Hype and ENA for earning stable interest. A portion of the interest will be allocated to the team, while another portion will be returned to users, marking the first step in the project's development.
As for the second step, this is currently just my speculation. After the project launches on Binance, considering that the interest rate for bitcoins on the Binance platform is nearly zero, it is expected that the interest rate will increase with the help of SOLV. In this way, hundreds of billions of bitcoins across various exchanges are likely to be activated in large quantities. In terms of protocol income, it can currently reach tens of millions of dollars a year, and if the second step can be realized, I believe it is not impossible for income to gradually rise to hundreds of millions of dollars.
In fact, I have never publicly mentioned this speculation about the second step before, so please do not share it. During the opening, it might be wise to closely observe price fluctuations; if there is a significant drop, it might bring an ideal buying point. Currently, even the official side has not disclosed much about this, but I firmly believe this is a key point that is generally underestimated by the market.
The reason SOLV has faced intensive attacks is that if it succeeds, the involved profit pie will be too large, making it difficult for other similar protocols to have development space.
Nowadays, there are very few projects that can generate real returns. The operational model of SOLV resembles that of an asset management company, which can be likened to a micro-strategy on the blockchain or a BlackRock on-chain. Recently, I've noticed some influencers on Twitter discussing it, likely due to promotional efforts funded by the project team.
It is worth mentioning that this is a project led by Chinese individuals, and projects led by Chinese often tend to spark controversy. However, promotion itself is beneficial for the project's development. Everyone just needs to focus on one point: set aside labels like 'Chinese project' and other irrelevant factors, and focus on whether SOLV's bitcoin holdings and protocol income can continue to grow. Without bias, focusing on the facts can help avoid judgment influenced by subjective factors.
Exchanges like Binance, Hype, and Virtual should have some connection with Chinese or Chinese-speaking individuals. My strong optimism for SOLV is not an empty statement; whether it will turn out as I expect remains to be seen.
