◾In the past few days, I experienced an AI sovereign data blockchain project called Openledger. It is essentially a "data blockchain" specifically designed for AI services. Its main purpose is to allow everyone to use their own computers (running nodes) to collect and organize data, which can then be used to train AI, such as chatbots and AI assistants, among other common applications. #DePIN #AI
◾This testnet is a data intelligence testnet that builds a real-time contextual retrieval system using community computing resources. Currently, it is in the first phase, with a relatively low barrier to entry, only requiring a bit of CPU and data bandwidth to participate in node operation.
◾The rewards for running nodes are calculated based on the completion of tasks, and the specific earnings will depend on how the incentive mechanism is designed in the future. The official mentioned that these nodes will be used in the future for synthetic data augmentation and feedback systems, which looks quite promising. Mainly, @HashKeyHSK has invested in it, haha.
◾The project's entry point is quite interesting, empowering AI with blockchain technology, which sounds like a popular track. The operation of nodes is relatively lightweight, making it friendly to participants. However, the testnet is still in the early stages, and the actual effects and future expansion potential need to be observed further.
