🍁🦸♂️💰Hey, have you ever wondered why Canada isn't the first country that comes to mind when you think about cryptocurrencies? It's kind of crazy, because the truth is that they have an incredible history. I'll tell you that just putting together the two previous posts, I found the patterns:
Vancouver: The Birthplace of the First ATM#Bitcoin 🏙️💸
• 2013: At a coffee shop called Waves Coffee House, they installed the world’s first Bitcoin ATM. Imagine how revolutionary that was!
• Dapper Labs: Born in Vancouver, this company created CryptoKitties in 2017, the first NFT boom. Do you remember the digital kittens that sold for thousands of dollars?Toronto: Where a Revolution Was Born 🚀🧠
• Vitalik Buterin: This kid, who came to Canada from Russia as a child, grew up in Toronto and created#Ethereum. Yes, the same Ethereum that is today the second largest crypto in the world.
• Active Community: Toronto is a hotbed of crypto events and hackathons. The city’s tech scene is impressive.Changpeng Zhao (CZ)#Binance : Made in Canada 🇨🇦🌎
• CZ spent his teenage years in Vancouver after emigrating from China.
• Today, Binance is the largest crypto exchange in the world. Coincidence? I don’t think so.#Quebec : The Mecca of Green Mining ⚡🌿
• With its abundant hydroelectric power, Quebec became a haven for crypto miners.
• Clean and cheap energy: The perfect combination for sustainable mining.Ottawa: The Brain Behind the Operation 🧠🏛️
• Although not the centre of action, Ottawa plays a crucial role in progressive crypto regulation in Canada.#Dapper

Why don't we hear more about all this? Well, that's the thing. Canadians are so modest that sometimes it seems like they don't want to draw attention to themselves. It's like having a friend who invented something great but doesn't like to brag.
And being next to the United States doesn't help. While Silicon Valley is making noise, Canadian innovations go unnoticed. It's a shame, because they are doing amazing things.
Canada’s diversity is another factor. With so many influences, it’s sometimes difficult to recognize a clear “Canadian brand” in the crypto world. And its balanced approach to regulation, while exemplary, doesn’t generate headlines like other countries’ more extreme policies.
🤔 Canada has everything to be recognized as a crypto superpower. They have the talent, the infrastructure, the clean energy... but somehow they keep flying under the radar and there's a reason geniuses from another country are heading there.
Maybe it's time for the rest of the crypto world to give Canada the recognition it deserves. Don't you think it's about time this silent giant made some noise about its influence on the pillars? What do you think? Should Canada promote more of its achievements in the crypto world and influence and bureaucratic adoption in the giants? Or do you like that silent work attitude? I'm interested in your opinion. 🤔🍁
