According to BlockBeats, on July 2, U.S. bankruptcy court judge Martin Glenn allowed Celsius Network to continue to make multiple claims in its lawsuit against Tether.
Court documents show that Celsius accused Tether of unfairly liquidating tens of thousands of bitcoins before Celsius's collapse in 2022, in violation of U.S. bankruptcy law. The case involves over 57,000 BTC, which Celsius claims were wrongfully seized or liquidated prematurely. If the assets were retained, their value would exceed $4 billion.
