According to PANews, Scroll co-founder Ye Zhang announced on April 29 that the platform has implemented a significant upgrade through the Euclid update. This advancement makes Scroll the first zk-Rollup to reach Stage 1 status. The update ensures that users have ample time to exit before any system changes occur. It also supports Layer 1 forced transaction submissions and allows the network to automatically open in the event of a sequencer or prover failure, maintaining system activity.
