According to PANews, NYDIG is set to acquire the Bitcoin mining operations of AI infrastructure provider Crusoe, including its Digital Flare Mitigation business. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval, customary consents, and the finalization of the transaction. Upon completion, approximately 135 Crusoe employees will join the NYDIG team and continue operating the business under NYDIG. The transaction will not result in any job cuts. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. NYDIG plans to continue operating and investing in the growth of the business.
