Additionally, the programmer sent 133 ETH to the Ethereum Foundation, accompanied by a message expressing concerns about digital enslavement. The message highlighted worries about the large-scale military deployment of brain-machine chips, suggesting that military power is exerted over citizens through base stations, radio, and nano brain-machine chips. The programmer urged the public to be aware of this emerging crime model and warned that if he becomes a victim of this process, he would choose to end his life.
