According to Foresight News, a U.S. citizen involved in a scheme to create approximately 300,000 fake identification cards has been sentenced to three years of probation by a U.S. judge. Over a period of more than four years, the individual received 14 bitcoins, valued at approximately $1.4 million, as payment from their employer.
