According to Odaily, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is inviting public comments on a proposal to convert the Grayscale Litecoin Trust into an exchange-traded product. In a document submitted on Thursday, the SEC, on behalf of Grayscale, accepted an application filed by the New York Stock Exchange Arca. The public is requested to submit their comments within 21 days after the proposal is published in the Federal Register. The SEC has the authority to approve, deny, or initiate proceedings regarding the proposal.
