According to Odaily, a survey conducted by Bank of America in January revealed that 79% of global fund managers expect the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates by 2025. Only 2% of the surveyed investors foresee a rate hike. The survey results indicate that 39% of respondents anticipate two rate cuts, 27% expect one cut, and 13% predict three cuts. Meanwhile, only a small fraction, 2%, believe the Fed will increase rates this year. Institutional data suggests that the expected rate cut for this year is slightly above 25 basis points.
