According to PANews, Bitwise has filed documents with the Delaware Department of State to register the Bitwise Dogecoin ETF. The formation date is set for January 22, 2025, with CSC Delaware Trust Company serving as the registered agent.
Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart commented on the development, noting that this is merely a trust registration and not yet a formal ETF filing with the SEC, at least for now.
