Today I realized something.

To charts. To news. To fear.
$BTC BTC breaks a level — I ape in.
$SOL SOL dips — I buy the knife.
$DOGE pumps — I feel late, so I chase.
No plan. Just emotion.
And maybe that’s why my PnL looks like a heart monitor.
I’ve heard people say:

"Your job isn’t to predict. Your job is to wait."
