Due to Pre - Listing on Binance Many Traders already Make huge Position on Lower Level so Then will sell immediately after Spot Listing so That posible to Open Below 0.5$ ....
Then you have to wait for 2 hous and accumulate at lower level and wait for Your Buying Price for Sell... because then after its take time to come back and make New High
