Most people lose money not because the 'market is against them', but because they don't have a clear plan.
They enter a trade guided by mood, emotion, or a tweet from some influencer. And then everything follows the usual script: first euphoria, then doubts, then panic.
Trading without a plan is like setting out to sea without a map and compass. Yes, for a while, you might be carried in the right direction. But at any moment, a storm can hit, and you won't even know which way to turn.
A plan in trading is not a luxury, but a weapon. It answers three main questions even before you open a trade:
1. Where will I enter?
2. Where will I exit with a profit?
3. Where will I exit if I'm wrong?
If you don’t have answers to these questions, then your success relies solely on luck. And luck in the market doesn't last long.
Real traders think not about how much they can earn, but about how much they can lose and survive. They always know their exit, even when everything is going perfectly.
Remember: trading without a plan is not trading, it's gambling. And in a casino, only the owner of the casino always wins.
