Earlier this month, this coin was trading near $17, but now it is sitting around $0.21. This is not a normal correction—almost the entire value has been wiped out within days. On-chain investigator ZachXBT has alleged that insiders controlled over 95% of the effective supply, although the project has denied involvement in the crash.
A wallet reportedly funded by the LAB team sold 18.4 million $LAB worth nearly $18.3 million through Aster within 48 hours. During this selling, LAB dropped from around $1.20 to $0.55. Another suspected insider wallet reportedly transferred 7.99 million LAB into three fresh wallets shortly before another sharp decline. Token supply is another major concern.
LAB has a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens, but only around 312 million are currently circulating. More tokens are also scheduled to unlock through 2027, creating further dilution risk.
Its market cap is only around $66–75 million, while futures volume has recently reached approximately $1.28 billion. Open interest is also close to or even above its market cap, showing how heavily this coin is being controlled by leveraged speculation.
