🛣️ The Journey Begins at 18

At just 18 years old, Hormuzd Engineer walked away from his childhood home in Cusrow Baug, Mumbai, and moved to Pune—armed with nothing but raw ambition. He wasn’t running away; he was running toward a future he hadn’t figured out yet.

Like many young strugglers, he tried his hand at gig work. He worked for Uber Eats, delivering food for pennies, until one delivery changed him forever.
He stopped and asked himself:

🚗 From Driver to Dead-End

Determined to grow, Hormuzd bought a car to start his own travel business. But profits never came. With rising EMIs and no income, he ended up driving his own car in Uber, just to pay off the loan.

Each ride felt like a loop with no exit. He was stuck in a cycle of survival. One day, a customer suggested trying a call center job. It sparked something.

Hormuzd gave an interview at Tech Mahindra in Pune’s Commerzone. He got selected with a starting salary of just ₹16,000. A joke to some—but a start for him.

Yet a year later, he saw through the system.

> “This is the matrix,” he realized.
“Repeat. Obey. Die. Be a slave for someone else's dream.”

And so, for the third and final time, he asked himself:

> “What am I really doing with my life?”

He quit. He walked away from the corporate loop, risking everything—his salary, his car on loan, and what little comfort he had.

📉 Crashing Before Creating

In 2021, he turned to trading. It was brutal.
He lost over ₹10 lakhs trying to find consistency in the markets. But he didn’t give up.
