#TradingTools101 Hello Binance community! 👋 I want to contribute to the campaign #HerramientasDeTrading101 by sharing the technical tools that have helped me improve my trades, identify better entries, and reduce emotional decisions. 🧠 My three key indicators: 1. RSI (Relative Strength Index): It helps me detect overbought (RSI > 70) or oversold (RSI < 30) zones. I use it as an early warning for possible reversals, especially in conjunction with other factors. 2. MACD (Moving Average Convergence/Divergence): It's my favorite tool for detecting momentum changes. If the MACD crosses upward over the signal line, I consider a bullish entry. If it crosses downward, I anticipate corrections. 3. Exponential Moving Averages (EMA 20 and EMA 50): I use them to detect trends and dynamic support/resistance zones. When the EMA20 crosses above the EMA50, I usually prepare for a continuation entry. 🔄 How do I combine them? ✅ I wait for the MACD to give a signal (cross), confirm with RSI not overbought, and check the trend with EMAs. ✅ If all three are aligned, I increase my confidence. ✅ I also use volume to validate key breakouts. 📌 My advice: don’t marry a single indicator. Combine them, test them, and adapt their use to your trading style.
#TradingTools101 Hello Binance community! 👋
I want to contribute to the campaign #HerramientasDeTrading101 by sharing the technical tools that have helped me improve my trades, identify better entries, and reduce emotional decisions.
🧠 My three key indicators:
1. RSI (Relative Strength Index):
It helps me detect overbought (RSI > 70) or oversold (RSI < 30) zones. I use it as an early warning for possible reversals, especially in conjunction with other factors.
2. MACD (Moving Average Convergence/Divergence):
It's my favorite tool for detecting momentum changes. If the MACD crosses upward over the signal line, I consider a bullish entry. If it crosses downward, I anticipate corrections.
3. Exponential Moving Averages (EMA 20 and EMA 50):
I use them to detect trends and dynamic support/resistance zones.
