As a conservative trader, my main focus is not on making large profits in a short time by taking high risks. On the contrary, I prioritize strict risk management, in-depth analysis, and patience in waiting for the right momentum.
This profit is the result of consistently accumulating small profits, avoiding impulsive decisions, and protecting capital from extreme market fluctuations. In a market rebound situation like we may witness, a conservative approach allows us to participate in a measured way without getting carried away by fleeting euphoria that could be detrimental.
Lessons to be learned:
* Consistency is more valuable than a momentary jackpot. Stable and measured growth will be more sustainable in the long run.
* Risk management is the key. Protecting capital is a priority before seeking profits.
* Patience is a trader's virtue. Waiting for the right opportunities according to our strategy is far better than forcing trades.
* Every gain, no matter how small, if managed well will have a positive impact on the portfolio.
