2. After exercising, standing in front of the mirror, sucking in the stomach asking: “Do I look different?”. After buying a coin, opening the app 5 times a day: “Has it gone up yet?”
3. Exercise: “I'll continue tomorrow...”. Investment: “I’ll just sell at a loss, I can't take it anymore...”
To be beautiful – you have to endure pain. To be rich – you have to accept losses (a little). Don’t expect a six-pack after one push-up. Also, don’t expect to become a billionaire after one FOMO.
