Gupta was chosen by Crystal Blockchain for his extensive experience in the crypto sector at Ripple and in traditional banking at HSBC and Citi, as stated in the company's official announcement.
"Gupta's mission at Crystal is to expand the offering of blockchain intelligence services among global regulators, VASPs (Virtual Asset Service Providers), the traditional financial sector, and other stakeholders in the crypto industry."
