In early March 2023, combined with the positive macro inflation expectations and the negative impact of various European Central Bank incidents, I had a very smooth big pie bull market. The actual market is shown in the figure. Of course, I think it is more due to luck and courage. I kept doing both long and short in the meat grinder market from April to May. In the end, only a few thousand U of principal was worn out, but I soon made quick money in the bull market in June. There is no doubt that Musk liquidated BTC in August and was hit by it. I had a lot of such experiences, a roller coaster-like life. Now it seems that if I could stop when I saw the good, it might be much better to not do short positions than to participate in the market continuously. In December 2023, I was still using small funds. In the bull market, the principal accumulated very quickly. I was used to doing 5-minute entry opportunities + hourly explosions, as well as callbacks after the trend. The large level determines the direction, and the small level focuses on the stabilization position. The entry is generally a 5-minute three-stage callback, which is actually a 15-minute stabilization position. From experience, it is easy to make money in a long market and easy to lose money in a short market. This year, the main problem to be solved is the system problem. The root cause of the loss is found and shared as follows:
1. Long position holding is a taboo, which is a disguised heavy position trading
2. After the ultra-short-term logic is destroyed, it is disturbed by the large-scale logic, which prolongs the holding time and causes the position holders to be unwilling to stop loss
3. In fact, the most fundamental thing in trading is to cut off losses in time and let profits run, but people are not very good at overcoming the loss aversion psychology or their own desires
4. The inability to change thinking in time is actually a problem of cognitive level and whether the trading view is correct or not. It is useless to work hard on the wrong path

Today, Bitcoin broke through hard to clear short positions. As soon as the U.S. stock market opened in the evening, it fell instantly to clear long positions. The current price of Bitcoin shorting is just right. A small position is entered to short, and then a position is added to the rising price. According to the current mainstream CEX contract positions, if Bitcoin breaks through $71,000, the mainstream CEX will have $558 million in short orders to be cleared.

While the U.S. stock market is not open now, the 558 million short orders should be cleared today.

Then after the U.S. stock market opens in the evening, the long orders will be cleared by inserting a pin downward.

If Bitcoin falls to $67,000, the mainstream CEX will have $1.229 billion in long orders to be cleared.

Anyway, both long and short orders will be cleared by inserting a pin upward and downward.

It is about 71,000 to cover the position. Anyway, it is right to short at high prices at the current price.
