B has business needs and needs to exchange fiat currency for USDT through over-the-counter (OTC) trading. Due to trading limits and other reasons, B is willing to purchase USDT at a 6% premium over the market price.

Today I was almost drenched by #PUMP , thinking back still gives me cold sweats.
1. I saw the announcement from the Korean office on $PUMP and thought about doing a news trade, aiming for a small short-term gain.
