What is Dego Finance (DEGO)?
Dego Finance is a Web3 decentralized incubator designed to support innovation in decentralized finance (DeFi), artificial intelligence (AI), and the MEME economy. Established in 2020, started as a decentralized ecosystem integrating non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with decentralized finance (DeFi) tools. It provides a platform where emerging projects can access funding, technical support, and a strong community-driven network.
DEGO operates as a decentralized project with governance managed through a DAO and secured by a multi-signature wallet. It does not have its own Layer 1 blockchain but relies on the consensus mechanisms of the networks it is deployed on, such as Ethereum, BNB chain and Solana. On Ethereum and BNB chain, transactions are validated through Proof of Stake (PoS) or Proof of Staked Authority (PoSA), while Solana uses a combination of Proof of History (PoH) and Proof of Stake (PoS) for high-speed, low-cost validation. This structure ensures that DEGO remains secure and decentralized while leveraging the strengths of existing blockchain infrastructures.
At its core, Dego Finance offers tools for staking, liquidity mining, NFT utilities, and AI-powered solutions.
