Rewards
Under this module, you will be able to see two types of rewards records: commission rebate and shared commission.
Commission Rebate refers to the commission received as a referrer and is generated from the trading fees paid by referrals
Shared Commission refers to the trading fee rebates from the user's own trading fees, which only occurs when the referrer sets up a rebate rate for the referral code. The user who registered via that referral code can receive trading fee rebates when paying trading fees.

The Binance Affiliates team is working on developing more features for the Referral Dashboard Pro. If you have any suggestions or feedback, please share them with your Account Manager or contact us via Binance Support.
1. Can I view the data from a particular time period?
You are able to customize the time range of the dashboard by clicking on the time range selector There are pre-customized time tags: [This Week], [This Month], [All Time]. You can further customize the range by the month or by the day.
2. Can I download the detailed data of referrals and their commission history?
Yes, you can click the download button next to the time range selector to export the details. You may only export up to 60 reports of commission history per month.
3. Can I change the ratio of a referral code?
Each user can create up to 20 Spot referral codes, and users can’t change the ratio of a Spot referral code after creation. If you are a Binance Affiliate and would like to create more Spot referral codes, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Each user can only have 1 Futures referral code which applies to all their referrals, and it can be adjusted anytime. If you are changing your Futures referral ratio, please understand that the ratio will be applied to all existing and new invitees once changed.
4. There are too many UIDs. I am unable to find the UID I want. What should I do?
You are able to search for the UID, Referral Code and Notes left by using the search function. The search function also allows you to seek out the UID by the note left on the user or by the referral code they used.
There is also an additional function of filtering your referrals by their characteristics, such as their registration date, VIP level, status of verification, first-time trade completion and first-deposit completion.
5. I understand that all commissions are distributed in USDC instead of the traded token. Could you please clarify what conversion rate is used for converting the commission to USDC?
After the commission is generated, it will be calculated and converted to USDC on an hourly basis. The rate will be determined by the prevailing rate at the time of conversion. The converted amount will be deposited into the user's Spot Account within 6 hours.
For example, if a referee trades between 14:00 UTC and 15:00 UTC, the commission for that hour will be converted into USDC between 15:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC, and will be deposited into the referrer's and/or referee's Spot Account on or before 21:00 UTC that day.
Additionally, please note that the display commission value on your dashboard is based on the minute closing price of the token pair between USD and USDC.
6. When would the data in each section (i.e. Referrals, Futures Bonus and Spot Evaluation) of the Referral Pro dashboard be updated?
The commission history is updated hourly, while the progress of your Futures Bonus and Spot Evaluation will only be updated daily at 05:00 UTC and 09:00 UTC respectively on a T+1 basis.
7. I noticed there had been trading volume accumulated in the past few days, but I am not receiving any commissions or the commission doesn’t match with the trading volume contributed by the referrals. Why?
Commissions can only be generated when transactional fees are incurred by your invitees. The following situations might cause you to not receive commission or get discounted on commission.
No trading fees were paid due to the trading behavior of your referrals, as your referrals might trade on the trading pairs with zero trading fees incurred.
No commission will be generated from users who receive maker fees rebates by joining Binance’s Liquidity Program.
No Spot commission will be generated from users whose VIP level is VIP3 or higher; and no futures commission will be generated from users whose VIP level is VIP2 or higher.
The trading fees paid by your referral will be discounted due to paying by BNB, the commission you received will be calculated by the actual trading fees paid by your referral.
