According to PANews, a key figure in a cryptocurrency investment fraud case involving more than 325.6 billion won in South Korea has been arrested after hiding overseas for more than two years. The police captured this suspect, who is believed to be the mastermind, after a long investigation.
The gang is accused of defrauding 15,304 people by selling and issuing 28 different cryptocurrencies with false promises of high returns between December 2021 and March 2023.
