The first applications include QVAC/Translate and QVAC/Health, both of which can operate independently of the cloud. Tether stated that the goal of QVAC is to create a decentralized AI ecosystem, achieving an era of 'infinite intelligence.' The development toolkit will be open-sourced in the coming months.
