Pineapple Financial är ett fintechbolag och den största publika INJ-innehavaren. Företaget flyttar nu sin bolåneportfölj på 10 miljarder USD till blockchain via Injective.

Företaget har redan lagt in data för 716 miljoner USD av beviljade bolån på blockkedjan. De räknar med att över 29 000 fler lån kommer att följa.

I en detaljerad tråd på X (tidigare Twitter) förklarade företaget satsningen. Varje lån kopplas till en unik, oföränderlig och verifierbar referenspunkt. Pineapple berättar att varje register innehåller över 500 datafält.

Så när detaljerad lånedata sparas på blockkedjan får bolaget en stabil grund för kreditprövning, administration och rapportering till investerare.

“Detta är ett stort steg för att modernisera hur vi lagrar, verifierar och använder bolånedata i hela verksamheten,” sa Pineapple Financial.

Det förbättrar också regelefterlevnad och spårbarhet. Med en blockkedjebaserad registrering kan företaget följa alla ändringar. Detta underlättar regelrapportering och tar bort mycket manuellt arbete med att granska stora låneportföljer.

Pineapple Financial säger också att alla uppdateringar av bolånefiler kopplas till eviga blockkedje-signaturer. Det förenklar samarbetet mellan olika avdelningar. Företaget räknar därför med ökad effektivitet när automatiska rutiner ersätter manuella kontroller, till exempel för dokumenthantering, versionshantering och analys av hela portföljen.

Företaget säger även att denna nya databastäckning ska stödja fler tjänster. Det inkluderar till exempel en Mortgage Data Marketplace och Pineapple Prime.

“Vårt mål är ett snabbare och mer transparent bolånesystem som bygger på verifierad data. Genom att standardisera lånedata nu, skapar vi förutsättningar för automatisering, bättre riskhantering och nya finansiella produkter som inte var möjliga tidigare. Pineapple har redan tokeniserat data för 716 miljoner USD i beviljade bolån på blockkedjan med över 29 000 nya lån som snart registreras,” står det i inlägget.

Företaget berättar även att de valde Injective för detta projekt just tack vare nätverkets höga kapacitet och säkerhetsfunktioner. Enligt Pineapple Financial:

“Injective ger oss den infrastruktur vi behöver. Den höga säkerheten och prestandan gör att vi kan verifiera detaljerad lånedata och ändå behålla full kontroll över plattformen, datamodeller och produkter riktade mot våra kunder.”

Det är också värt att nämna att Pineapple Financial har Injectives egen token, INJ, som reservtillgång. Företaget lanserade sin strategi för digitala tillgångar i september. Enligt CoinGecko har de 678 353 INJ.

Intresset bland småsparare för INJ har ökat tillsammans med aktivitet bland institutioner. Data från Token Terminal visar att Injective hade 77 600 aktiva användare per dag i december, en kraftig ökning från 6 900 i början av året.

Detta har däremot inte lett till högre prisnivåer. Data från BeInCrypto Markets visar att INJ har minskat med 30,1 % den senaste månaden, vilket är sämre än resten av kryptomarknaden.

Vid publiceringstillfället handlades altcoinen för 5,37 USD, vilket betyder en nedgång på 4,83 % det senaste dygnet.
