What truly distinguishes Aliya's Awakening is its integration of Alternate Reality Game (ARG) elements that extend the experience beyond the traditional gameplay. We created an elaborate meta-game where players discover QR codes throughout the main game that lead to real-world puzzles and challenges.
These ARG elements require players to "alt-tab" out of the game and use external resources to solve puzzles, visit specific websites, or even explore physical locations in what we call "meatspace." Success in these challenges rewards players with exclusive NFT prizes that can be claimed through a dedicated website.
The ARG component centers around trivia questions about various games and projects, creating an interconnected experience that blurs the line between virtual and real. As we like to say, it's "A game that doesn't stay inside the game."

In developing Aliya's Awakening, we took an innovative approach to game development through strategic use of AI tools across multiple aspects of production:
Character Creation: We used MidJourney to generate character designs with consistent appearances through reference parametersVoice Acting: We employed ElevenLabs for text-to-speech and voice transformation technology for character dialogueAnimation: We utilized Sora and Runway ML for character animations, ultimately selecting Runway ML for cartoon-style characters like LuaEnvironments: We generated 360-degree backgrounds from text prompts using Blockade Labs' Skybox AIVisual Enhancement: We upscaled images with Magnific AI to add fine details and improve visual fidelityStory Development: We leveraged Claude AI to help organize game files and refine dialogue
Importantly, we emphasized that AI wasn't a replacement for our creativity but rather a tool that accelerated production. We combined AI-generated assets with traditional animation techniques using Adobe After Effects, Character Animator, and Premiere Pro to create polished cutscenes and cinematics. This hybrid approach allowed our small team with limited prior game development experience to create a visually rich narrative experience.

This demo version of the game shows great potential, and the development team is actively working on improving various aspects of the game. However, I believe it would greatly benefit from the inclusion of an in-game tutorial to guide new players on how to play effectively. When I first tried the game, I found myself confused and quickly lost. Nonetheless, playing alongside other players is incredibly enjoyable, and if you prefer a solo experience, careful planning and strategic thinking are crucial for achieving victory in each round.
Anticipation grows as we eagerly await the forthcoming additions, particularly the integration of web3 aspects into the game. It’s exciting to envision the possibilities that the $MAGIC ecosystem will bring to the gameplay.

One feature that particularly excited me is the ability to own land plots, where you can design and construct your very own house and customize the interior. After spending countless hours farming and gathering materials, it’s a rewarding experience to unwind and relax in your personal sanctuary on your land plot.

MetalCore is a web3-enabled game, that combines the best of first-person and third-person perspectives, creating a thrilling sci-fi-themed FPS experience reminiscent of popular titles like Titanfall. MetalCore provides a tutorial mode upon entering the game, allowing players to familiarize themselves with the controls and mechanics. The game’s graphics and atmosphere are commendable, though an increased presence of music while exploring the map would enhance the experience. The map design is vast, necessitating the use of vehicles to reach points of interest.

Players can select classes, such as the light infantry and scout, each offering distinct abilities and playstyles. The developers have plans to introduce additional classes in the future, expanding the range of options available.

Complete missions to earn loot and rewards.

After completing the tutorial mode, players can engage in other missions, including the PvE game mode. The combat mechanics are intuitive, and players are equipped with an assault rifle and a pistol.

To add a new dynamic to the gameplay, MetalCore introduces vehicles like the light armored fighting vehicle. However, there is room for improvement in vehicle control, particularly maneuvering left and right, which can be challenging.

Did I stand a chance shooting this mech?

The PvP aspect of the game features the popular Domination game mode seen in titles like Call of Duty. The objective is to secure control points strategically scattered throughout the map. Players must stand uncontested near a control point for a specific duration to capture it. Bunkers serve as respawn locations when players are eliminated.

MetalCore offers an exciting blend of PvE and PvP experiences, with intuitive combat mechanics, a variety of classes, and vehicular gameplay. As the game continues to evolve, addressing vehicle control and further refining gameplay elements will ensure a captivating and immersive gaming experience.

Playing inside a mech was a pretty cool experience!

MetalCore could benefit from improvements in a few areas. The game’s nighttime lighting is excessively dark, impacting visibility and immersion. Adjusting the lighting settings would create a better balance between realism and playability.

I can’t clearly see the enemy. Lighting in-game could be improved.

Another aspect worth addressing is the transition between using the mech in the third-person view and dismounting to the first-person view. While controlling the mech provides an exciting and immersive perspective, I encountered some discomfort when switching to the first-person view of the character. I felt dizzy and nauseous, which detracted from my overall enjoyment of the game. Exploring potential solutions, such as adjusting the movement of the character model or providing options to adjust the field of view could help mitigate these discomforting effects, ensuring a more enjoyable gameplay experience for all.

Additionally, including customizable options for aiming down sights and crouching would enhance the gameplay experience. Allowing players to toggle aim down sights and crouch according to their preferences grants greater control and personalization.

MetalCore holds great promise in delivering an immersive multiplayer experience with friends. The game’s potential for intense competition and fun is undeniable. Future updates are expected to introduce additional vehicles and character classes, further enhancing the gameplay and strategic options.

Currently available for early access on Epic Game Store. With the developers actively refining and expanding the game, we eagerly anticipate its full launch and subsequent updates, which will build upon its already impressive foundation.

Dynasty Studios is currently developing a blockchain-powered multiplayer survival game called The Providence set in a harsh and unforgiving space environment. Traditionally, NFT renting required collateral and trust that the borrower would return the original asset after the rental period. However, IQ Protocol eliminates such risks by creating an expirable version of the NFT that is given to the borrower instead of the original asset. This wrapped version contains all the original’s unique features and metadata. The original NFT is securely stored until the rental period is over and returned to the owner. With IQ Protocol, NFT owners can rent out assets they don’t use but don’t want to sell, and earn rental fees while their original assets are safe.

While concepts of borrowing NFTs exist in other platforms, such as Axie Infinity’s scholarship model and Pegaxy’s Pega rentals, IQ Protocol offers a unique approach to NFT lending and borrowing.

IQ Space has introduced a solution to address the issue of asset owners needing to be guaranteed the return of their assets in specific cases, such as when renting is finished. The solution involves Warpers, special NFTs that behave like the original assets and are rentable in the way users expect. Once a Warper is created, the overall renting process involves an original asset owner making a listing, allowing others to rent the asset on certain terms. The renter is then provided with a rentable version of the asset, called a Warped Asset, which is minted on Warper by IQ Space. The renter owns the Warped Asset until the rental period expires.

To avoid ambiguities and to stress that the protocol is not limited to ERC721, IQ Protocol avoids the use of the term “NFT.” Instead, They distinguish collections and instances (assets), calling them:

Original Collection — a smart-contract that is also a collection of digital assets (such as ERC721 = NFT, ERC1155, and so on) that are supposed to become rentable;

Original Asset — a token (an instant) of an Original Collection that’s produced by minting (this is something that users in fact own; in the case of ERC721, each one has an id);

Warper — a special IQ smart-contract that is deployed per Original Collection and makes Original Assets in that collection listable in an IQVerse (and, once listed, rentable);

Warped Asset — is an asset that a renter gets and that inherits various properties of the Original Asset being rented (including the id in the case of ERC721).`

Listing your asset for rental

Listing an asset on the marketplace involves connecting your Metamask wallet, choosing the asset you want to list, switching to the supported network, and unlocking your NFT by confirming the transaction in your wallet. Once your NFT is unlocked, you can set the return period and base fee for your asset, which will be used to calculate the lister fee later during rental. After setting the listing terms, submit your asset and confirm the transaction in your MetaMask wallet. Once confirmed, your listing will appear on your profile page, and you can track its progress on the blockchain explorer of the selected network.

To rent an asset on the IQ Protocol, you need to visit the IQVerse page of the game you want to rent an asset for. Once there, choose the desired asset and set your rental conditions. If your wallet is not connected, you will need to connect it before proceeding.

After checking the information about the asset and setting the rental period, you will need to make a payment token approve for the protocol to perform the rental payment and charge the rental fee. Finally, click the Rent button, submit and verify the transaction in your wallet.

Once confirmed, your rental is confirmed, and you can see the rented asset in your profile.

Codyfight is a turn-based strategy puzzle game that combines coding, strategy, and RPG elements within a dynamic 2D tilemap. The game is played within a unique metaverse that offers endless earning opportunities for players.

The game will start with you stealing an egg from a beast on the island. The goal is to escape and avoid all the obstacles in your way. It’s kinda similar to subway surfer or temple run. You can steal 3 eggs/day max. All players get 3 basic attempts to steal the eggs every day. If you fail, you can use shells to buy 2 extra attempts each day. Attempts reset each night at 12AM EST. Stealing eggs makes the Beast angry, your 2nd egg (not attempt) in a day will be harder than the 1st, and your 3rd egg… even harder.

Basically, you just need to avoid obstacles like trees, tree stumps, rocks, and sand. You also can trigger the transmitter to slow down the beast. Rocks have no effect on it, The beast will only destroy it as it moves forward. You can also slow it down when it passes tree stumps so keep that in mind!

In Conclusion, Kuroro Beast Brawl is already a fun and playable game even though it’s still in the alpha stage. When you put a card that is adjacent to an opponent’s card, your card will try to capture the opponent’s card. The attack is automatically initiated against every eligible adjacent card simultaneously. Your attack is based on the power and the elements of your card.

If your attack is successful, you will claim ownership of the card/s. Depending on your chain counter, the new card/s will then attempt a capture.
