The State Bank has introduced a new rule for mobile banking services like JazzCash and Easypaisa. Now, when you send money to someone, the recipient won't be able to withdraw or spend it for 2 hours. This 2-hour period is called a "cooling period". The purpose is to protect users from fraudulent transactions. If you accidentally send money to the wrong number, you'll have 2 hours to report and potentially recover your funds.
