I can’t believe nobody on CT is highlighting that Vanguard disclosed yesterday they own 11.4% of Coinbase (COIN) common stock.

That’s an eye watering $7.5bn.

Vanguard has always been the poster child for old-school, low-cost investing and has pretty much steered clear of anything crypto.

But now crypto-native companies are becoming too large and too integrated into financial markets to ignore.
