Genesis Update: Claim Feature Back Online The site is now back online and fully operational. Virgens can view their claimable amounts, and all unused Points and $VIRTUAL have been refunded. Refunds and Adjustments Completed: A previous glitch caused some wallets to receive excess Points, which were then used to over-pledge. The surplus has been clawed back, and all pledges have been recalibrated to reflect accurate balances. Claimable tokens are now fully aligned with corrected data. Understanding Allocation Sizes: Certain Genesis launches saw participation from over 9,000 wallets. Allocations are proportional, the more Points you pledged, the more allocation you receive. If your claim feels smaller than expected, it’s not an error, but the outcome of a highly competitive pool with broad participation. We’ll continue to monitor the experience and make improvements to ensure Genesis remains fair, consistent, and transparent.

Point Sync Completed: All impacted balances have been updated to reflect accurate point states. The system is now operating as intended. Pledge Usage Adjustments Underway: Some wallets pledged into Genesis projects using the temporary imbalance. Refunds and adjustments are in progress to ensure fair alignment. Genesis Update: TP Cooldown History Now Live Wallets under TP Cooldown can now view cooldown history directly in Virtuals Protocol by clicking on their TP Cooldown status. You’ll be able to see: 1. Which agent sale triggered the cooldown 2. When the cooldown began This update provides clearer context around point suppression and helps Virgens understand the reason behind their cooldown status. We’ll keep refining Genesis to make it as fair, transparent, and intuitive as possible.
