You can invite related parties to sign online documents for your Entity Verification.
1. Click [Generate Template] to generate your own document. For example, “Letter of Authorization.”
2. Enter the necessary information into the applicable template.
Click [Confirm and Generate].
3. Review the template on the next page and ensure all the required information is included and accurate. Click [Confirm].
4. Enter the email address(es) of the individual(s) you want to invite and click [Send Invitation(s)].
5. Once they’ve signed the document, you’ll see [Signed] next to their names. Click [Confirm] to complete this section.
1. You’ll receive an email invitation. Click [SIGN DOCUMENT].
2. Agree to use electronic records and signatures and click [CLICK TO START].
3. Please read the document carefully before signing. To sign it, click [SIGN IT] on the designated signing area.
4. After checking the Full Name and Initials, please select a signing method: auto (auto-signature by Bsign), draw, or load your signature depending on your preference, then click [Sign all]
5. After signing, click [Validate & Send Completed Document] to submit.
6. A pop-up will appear once the submission is completed.
If necessary, select “Download Document” to save the document
