According to ChainCatcher, Hashdex Chief Investment Officer Samir Kerbage believes that the price of Ethereum is expected to break through 10,000 dollars. Staking, tokenization, and intergenerational wealth transfer are the three major factors driving the price increase.

In terms of staking, approximately 36 million Ethereum has been staked, accounting for nearly one-third of the total supply, with an average yield of 2.9%.

In terms of tokenization, the tokenization of real-world assets on Ethereum grew from 5 billion dollars in 2022 to 24 billion dollars by mid-2025, with JPMorgan predicting the market will reach 16 trillion dollars in the future.

In terms of intergenerational wealth transfer, it is expected that over the next 20 years, 100 trillion dollars will be transferred from the older generation to the younger generation, with more than 50% of Generation Z owning cryptocurrency, which will drive demand for Ethereum.
