The Solana Policy Institute describes 'Project Open' as a representation of progress in U.S. financial innovation, highlighting its potential to enhance market transparency, enable instant settlements, and reduce costs. BlackRock CEO Larry Fink has also emphasized the potential for every asset, including stocks, bonds, and funds, to be tokenized.
