Fresh data as of 01.10.2025 regarding the bun index. We are assessing inflation since the beginning of the year and for the month. The US dollar still looks weak. Since the beginning of the year, the burger has risen in $USDC by 25.20%, which again updates the lows (All Time Low). Those who would have stored capital in US dollars could have bought significantly less. And the year is still ongoing. The most stable asset is certainly not Bitcoin ($BTC ), but gold ($XAUT), where prices have been steadily decreasing for several months now. The second honorable mention goes to $BNB , and considering #airdrops, it may also contend for the first place. We continue our monthly observation. Updated data as of September 1, 2025, regarding the index. We assess inflation from the beginning of the year and for the month. The increase in prices for the US dollar is somewhat alarming. Since the beginning of the year, a bun has increased in price in $USDC by 24.72%. Those who would have kept their capital in US dollars would have been able to buy significantly fewer of these burgers. And the year is not over yet. As expected, gold ($XAUT) is showing the most stability, with prices consistently decreasing. BNB is also behaving quite steadily, and considering #airdrops , it’s overall excellent. I continue to publish #CryptoIndex. Today I see only 2 assets suitable for capital preservation. They are $BTC and XAUT (gold). Everything else is in the red. Even assets like $ETH and $BNB .
