1) don’t trade everyday if you take one loss call it a day
2) you should NOT be trading more than 13x lev 15% margin eveyone wants to make money and dip you think the market wont recognize that?
3 ) THANK GOD that you wake up eveyday with health and maybe not all loses will seem as bad
