Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh works in the UAE with Binance and Bybit on cooperation for the development of digital assets in Vietnam.

* Proposal to Binance:

- Establish a headquarters in Da Nang.

- Cooperate with the Vietnam International Finance Center (VIFC) in implementing a cryptocurrency trading platform.

- Invite Mr. Richard Teng (CEO of Binance) to be a senior advisor for the construction & development of VIFC.

* Binance's response: agrees to share experience, cooperate in developing the cryptocurrency market; sign an MOU with the Da Nang People's Committee on blockchain & digital assets cooperation.

* Bybit: stated that there are ~2.5 million users in Vietnam (~15% of the market); welcomes the pilot direction for digital assets, ready to support the legal framework and training for human resources in Vietnam.

* The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the pilot legal framework and requested Bybit to continue accompanying.

Nature's Miracle signs investment agreement of 2 million USD to support plan $XRP
According to a report by TechFlow, on September 24, the company Nature's Miracle (NMHI) listed on the US stock market announced the signing of a 2 million USD convertible preferred stock investment agreement with a private investment organization in Asia. Currently, the company has received the first installment of 500,000 USD, and the remaining 1.5 million USD will be transferred before November 15, 2025. In July of this year, the company launched a corporate financial plan of 20 million USD and intends to use the funds raised from equity financing to purchase XRP to meet working capital requirements.
