An example: the #ATOM dropped 99% in just 8 minutes, THAT'S RIGHT, 8 MINUTES!!
It hit a low of $0.001 and quickly bounced back to $2.86

Manipulation to liquidate? Manipulation to make the rich richer? And take away our hope of improving our lives? 🚨 APPROVED: Commission approves MP that taxes cryptocurrencies at 18% 🚨

📅 Today is the last day for Congress to vote before the MP loses validity!

💰 Provisional Measure 1.303/2025 was approved in the mixed commission with important changes:

⚠️ Cryptocurrencies:

🔻 End of exemption for sales up to R$ 35 thousand/month

🔺 New fixed rate of 18% on profits with crypto starting in 2026

📥 Regularization of undeclared crypto assets until Dec/25 with 7.5%

🎲 Bets escaped: the government wanted 18%, but it remained at 12%

🏦 LCIs and LCAs remain exempt, after pressure from the financial sector

🧮 The government expected to collect R$ 20 billion with the original version — now, with the changes, it is expected to lose about R$ 3 billion.

📊 The change from 17.5% to 18% further increases the burden on small investors — while large players remain relatively protected.

⚔️ The MP now goes to a vote in the Chamber and the Senate. If it is not approved by 11:59 PM today (08/10), it loses validity and everything returns to square one.
