🇺🇸🔥127.271 BITCOIN SEIZED BY THE UNITED STATES: STRATEGIC RESERVE CLOSER THAN EVER 🔥🇺🇸
The United States government has launched a dramatic operation to seize 127.271 Bitcoin, worth approximately 15 billion dollars, linked to an international scam orchestrated by Chinese citizen Chen Zhi, leader of the criminal network Prince Group, officially based in Cambodia.
The scam, known as “pig butchering,” involved building the trust of victims online for months, using social media, messaging apps, and fake platforms, to lure them into investing large sums in false trading opportunities and non-existent crypto projects.
The Prince Group operated well-protected “compounds” in Cambodia where individuals, often victims of human trafficking, were forced to work to feed this fraud network.
The funds raised were then converted into Bitcoin and managed through anonymous wallets, thanks to sophisticated digital money laundering operations.
Investigations have shown that the organization operated in over 30 countries, causing billion-dollar losses to global victims.
US authorities are now aiming to integrate the seized Bitcoin into the Strategic Digital Reserve, a government fund created to manage cryptocurrency reserves obtained from criminal activities, with the goal of preserving this digital asset as a national strategic resource.
This operation is the largest seizure of Bitcoin ever conducted by the United States, solidifying Washington's role as an institutional player in the crypto world and in the fight against digital fraud.
