Following this investment, Animoca Brands and Coin Operated Group will hold the majority ownership of Cool Cats Group. The collaboration aims to drive innovation and growth, enhance community engagement, and explore new market opportunities in the rapidly evolving NFT sector.
As part of the investment, Animoca Brands will appoint two new board members to advance Cool Cats' development: Yat Siu, co-founder and executive chairman of Animoca Brands, and Kenneth Shek, project lead for Mocaverse and Moca Network.
